Renaud-Jean CHAUSSADE holds a post-graduate diploma in public law delivered by the Auvergne University. He started his career as a lawyer in Paris before coming to Lyon in order to specialise in Business and Health Law. His clients are both public and private clients - especially health institutions – in order to provide a day-to-day assistance for every legal question that might arise from their activity. He provides counsel (contractual structure, authorisation applications, negotiations…) as well as help for litigation (defence in front of any jurisdiction, especially administrative jurisdictions). He is also developing a serious expertise in structuring public and/or private property operations. He then assists and advises all the actors of the public sector (investors, promoters, public project managers, public constructing companies…) in every step of the project, from its settlement, the acquisition of the facilities, the choice of the building companies, the update of the construction work up to the delivery to the final customer. He then holds a great knowledge of Property and Public orders Laws, Construction Rules (public, operational and individual) and Environmental Law (construction with respect to protecting the environment as well as renewable energies, etc.) He offers special trainings in those areas through “Le Moniteur” (French Journal) and EFE (French Company for Inside Training). He speaks English and Spanish.

Eddy LAVIOLETTE holds a post-graduate diploma from the Law University of Nancy. He started his career as a paralegal and worked as a Health Law and Social Security Law Lawyer for seven years. He then decided to become a lawyer. He has been in charge of the relationships with health professionals and institutions. He has worked as a regional correspondent for building and controlling the new financing methods of the hospitals issued from a 2007 law. He has also assisted litigations in the Court of Social Security Affairs, administrative jurisdictions and Doctors and Lawyers Orders. He also followed cases of medical responsibility (civil, criminal and responsible third parties resorts). Since Eddy LAVIOLETTE joined the Bismuth Associés Law firm, he has assisted and counselled private health institutions (cooperation contract structure, contractual relations within the institutions, negotiations, transactions…). He speaks English.
