Bismuth Associés sets up its French desk in London

A French desk is being set up in London to meet the growing demand of British companies investing in France and internationalization of the business sectors in which the Lyon-based firm is active.

Possessing sound knowledge of international projects and detailed experience in certain specific sectors of activity (music, sport, internet, IT, health, digital systems, video games, distribution, biotechnology, energies, etc.), the aim of the French desk is to assist Anglo-Saxon businessmen in managing their dossiers in France and to offer that part of the firm’s French clientele that already does cross-border business or wishes to do so in the future, the possibility of handling their foreign interests whilst maintaining to their normal contacts at the same time.

The London office will also be the firm’s international business figure-head in terms of consultancy (drawing up and negotiating contracts in English, no matter what the nationality of the persons concerned may be), and legal claim management, possibly with the help of a co-contracting system set up with a network of selected professionals in each country.
